The metal letters are actually welded into the backrest. We use Arial font. The size of the characters depends on the length of your text. We coat the bench with plastisol once the letters are placed on your custom backrest. In fact, we coat the entire bench with UV stable, mildew resistant plastisol (polyvinyl) that meets global standards. What’s more, even the legs have this coating. A layer of plastisol is bonded directly to the metal. Therefore, rust will NEVER be an issue. High winds, rain, sand, salt air and humid conditions are no match for this bench thanks to our process of coating the entire product. The personalized bench remains a tried and true winner! It is the perfect solution for high traffic areas.
